Services. Quicks Fencing provides Chain-Link Fencing, Privacy Fence Installation, Fence Maintenance, Fence Repair, Aluminum Fencing and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Quicks Fencing and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Quicks Fencing makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation. In no event will Quicks Fencing's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Quicks Fencing harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Law and Venue. MI law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in MI.

Modifications. Quicks Fencing may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
